Free Parking

Complimentary parking available in the lot directly in front of our salon.

7-Day Service Guarantee

Every gel, acrylic, and dip powder manicure includes a 7-day guarantee against chipping, cracking, peeling, or color loss. Contact us for complimentary repairs.

Appointment Times

All scheduled times are estimates. As our services are both technical and artistic, timing may vary. Thank you for understanding.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time or notify us if running late. Appointments are forfeited after 10 minutes without notification.

Custom Designs

For nail art requests, please inform us at check-in. Discuss design details and pricing with your technician before work begins.

Special Events

We accommodate bridal parties, birthdays, and group celebrations. Contact us via email in advance to arrange.

Gift Cards

Available online and in-salon. One gift card per visit; cannot be used same day of purchase.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments must be made in person — no card-not-present transactions allowed.

All Sales Final

Clients are responsible for their personal choices regarding services, including but not limited to color, length, shape, and design. If you wish to make any changes or notice discrepancies in your service selection, please notify your technician immediately during the appointment. Adjustments can only be made during the service. Once you leave the salon, all services are considered final. No refunds or credits will be issued. We encourage all clients to ask questions and fully understand the service and its pricing prior to making a selection.
